who are we?
Hello!
My name is Siobhan. I am a wife to a loving husband and mother to a beautiful daughter. I have always had a love and adoration for nature, especially the vegetable garden.
My dream has been to live on a homestead, living the simple life, growing and producing our own food.
I, with the help of my very loving and supportive husband am working toward that dream with the Little Linden Homestead.
A large part of my love for the vegetable garden stems from my grandfather, who you could always find outside, with his hat on, tending to his vegetables. This homestead in a way is a homage to him.
Our homesteading journey is just beginning and we invite you to follow along.

We started Little Linden Homestead in 2023
Our suburban homestead is located in the rural area of Gippsland in Victoria, Australia
Little Linden Homestead consists of just over 600 square meters which is where the ‘little’ comes from in our name
The ‘linden’ stems from the very large and very beautiful Linden tree that inhabits our backyard
